Love – Evil

The Love – Evil design was inspired by an Eminem lyric “And love is evil. spell it backwards, I’ll show ya” in the song Space Bound on the Recovery album, when I heard this I completely agreed and related to the song in general. The more I thought about the design and started to sketch it out the more I thought the statement was not as simple as love is evil. How can you really know what love is without love lost? Since you can’t know the feelings of the highs without feeling the lows I decided to incorporate the yin yang symbol into the design to show the interconnection the two share.
